Furthermore, the correlation between prognostic gene expression and clinical characteristics of HCC patients indicated that DYNC1H1 and MKI67 were significantly upregulated in tumor grades G3–G4 and tumor stages III–IV compared with tumor grades G1–G2 and tumor stages I–II, while CPS1 expression was downregulated in tumor grades G3–G4 and tumor stages III–IV (p < 0.05, Supplementary Figures 5C, D).
