The results showed that it was significantly highly expressed in patients with NSCLC, the area under the ROC curve (Area under ROC curve, AUC) at the level of 0.79, indicating that circulating MALAT1 lncRNA is of high value as a diagnosis of NSCLC, and its minimally invasiveness and specificity indicate that MALAT1 can be used as a novel tumor marker.
