Subsequently, gene mutations in the TCGA-BRCA dataset were counted, and 88.74% of the tumor samples had gene mutations, with TP53, PIK3CA, TTN, CDH1, and GATA3 having a relatively high proportion of mutations, i.e. 34, 33, 16, 13, and 12%, respectively (Supplementary Figure S1). The gene discussed is GATA3; the disease is neoplasm.
