It is considered that the imbalance of clinical immunity plays an important role in the progress of sepsis, so finding suitable biological indicators to evaluate the prognosis of patients and carrying out effective intervention will help to reduce the mortality [11].This study retrospectively analyzed the expression of DCs CD86, CD80, and Th1/Th2 in peripheral blood of sepsis patients and their value on survival prediction.
