CD38 and plasma cell myeloma: A first study reported that among patients with multiple myeloma, 7 out of 14 (50%) patients on anti-CD38 therapy seroconverted after two doses of the BNT162b2 vaccine versus 26 out of 28 (93%) patients on anti-myeloma treatment without anti-CD38 therapy (i.e. proteasome inhibitor +/- Imids, P=0.003) (103).
