This, combined with the fact that lymphocytes are rare in human Group 3 medulloblastoma (41) and medulloblastoma patients have demonstrated low to undetectable levels of PD-L1 and PD-1 (42–44), suggests that T cell targeted antibody therapies, such as anti-PD-1, are unlikely to succeed in combination with radiotherapy or chemotherapy in medulloblastoma. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is medulloblastoma.
