As shown in Figure 3F and Supplementary Figure S6, DELs were highly involved immune-relevant pathways, such as primary immunodeficiency, intestinal immune network for IgA production, autoimmune thyroid disease, allograft rejection, and graft-versus-host disease, and metabolism pathways, such as metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450 and tyrosine metabolism. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and autoimmune thyroid disease.
