The results of the genotype distribution showed that the SNPs rs10035440 (DROSHA) and rs1834306 (miR100) were associated with an increased risk of TB (OR = 15.58, 95% CI [5.04-48.15] and OR = 3.39, 95% CI [1.67–6.85], respectively) in the dominant model. This evidence concerns the gene DROSHA and tuberculosis.
