By flow cytometric analysis we showed that tumors in IP6K1 KO mice contain high levels of CD11b+Gr1 + IL10+ myeloid cells (e.g., neutrophils, monocytes) and lower infiltration of M1-polarized tumor-associated macrophage (TAM), dendritic cells, and CD8+ killer T cells into tumors. The gene discussed is IL10; the disease is neoplasm.
