Overall, we uncovered the metastasis-promoting role and the METTL14-mediated m6A-modification of ITGB4 in ccRCC, based on which we inferred the METTL14/ITGB4 axis could act as a promising target for diagnosis and treatment of ccRCC (Fig. 9).
