Our observations indicate that knockdown of miR‐363‐3p caused a remarkable increase in E‐cadherin coupled with a reduction in N‐cadherin along with vimentin levels, whereas miR‐363‐3p overexpression caused the opposite result, illustrating that miR‐363‐3p‐triggered dampening of DKK3 was correlated with EMT during the progress of PCa. This evidence concerns the gene VIM and posterior cortical atrophy.
