DKK3 and posterior cortical atrophy: Our observations indicate that knockdown of miR‐363‐3p caused a remarkable increase in E‐cadherin coupled with a reduction in N‐cadherin along with vimentin levels, whereas miR‐363‐3p overexpression caused the opposite result, illustrating that miR‐363‐3p‐triggered dampening of DKK3 was correlated with EMT during the progress of PCa.
