PISP accounted for 4.3% of the isolates based on the non-meningitis (R ≥ 8 μg/ml) breakpoint while none, 67.7% and 44.7% of the isolates were classified as PRSP based on non-meningitis, meningitis (R ≥ 0.12 μg/ml) and oral administration (R ≥ 2 μg/ml) breakpoints, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene PDZD11 and infectious meningitis.
