Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a dangerous BC subtype that lacks three widely used diagnostic markers, including human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2), progesterone receptor (PR), and estrogen receptor (ER), accounting for approximately 15%–20% of BC presentations (Jiang et al., 2021).
