Although MNC or CD34+ cell therapy does not include cell culture processes when transplanted, the vasculogenic function of these cells has been estimated to be lower than that of MNC-QQ cells.17 Our recent study revealed the clinical applicability of QQc for PBMNCs in patients with diabetes.23 Our therapy has some advantages over traditional methods of cell harvesting, particularly for treating patients with non-healing ischemic ulcers.
