CD4 and myeloid sarcoma: Consistent with our findings in HCs (Supplemental Figure 10A and Figure 7, B and E), we found that silencing of miR-92a in MS patients’ CD4+ T cells did not alter Th1 differentiation (Supplemental Figure 10B), yet promoted Treg induction (Figure 7K) and limited Th17 differentiation (Figure 7L).
