KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed that the 1,855 DEGs were mainly enriched in 12 pathways, namely, fat digestion and absorption, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, complement and coagulation cascades, systemic lupus erythematosus, African trypanosomiasis, PPAR signaling pathway, tyrosine metabolism, protein digestion and absorption, drug metabolism–cytochrome P450, pancreatic secretion, retinol metabolism, and metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450. The gene discussed is PPARA; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
