GNRH1 and Alzheimer disease: In contrast to the increased risk profile of GnRH agonists alone, the addition of abiraterone was associated with a significantly reduced risk of AD (RR, 0.61; 95% CI, 0.46–0.80; p < 0.001) and a non‐significant effect on non‐AD dementia (RR, 0.89; 95% CI, 0.75–1.06; p = 0.29).
