This analysis revealed an overall increase in intronic polyadenylation events in Srsf10-kd livers, affecting genes such as Abcc2, Tns1, Gna13, Acsl3 or Klf10 (Figure 4A; Supplementary Figure S4A–E), consistent with the role for SRSF10 in the regulation of polyadenylation of NAFLD-relevant genes. The gene discussed is TNS1; the disease is metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
