The top 10 KEGG pathways associated with IGF2BP2‐upregulated genes included the intestinal immune network for IgA production, inflammatory bowel disease and cytokine‐cytokine receptor interaction; while those that were downregulated by IGF2BP2 were associated with transcriptional misregulation in cancer (Figure 2F). This evidence concerns the gene IGF2BP2 and inflammatory bowel disease.
