Breaking the top 10 canonical pathways identified broadly into categories, five were related to growth signalling (cardiac hypertrophy, Wnt/β‐catenin, PI3K/AKT, IGF‐1 and PTEN), three to inflammation signalling (PEDF, death receptor and Gαi) and two to cancer signalling (molecular mechanisms of cancer and ovarian cancer). The gene discussed is PIK3CB; the disease is cardiac hypertrophy.
