The findings suggest that the expression levels of total cMyBP-C, along with the three phosphorylated serine residues (p273, p282 and p302), were reduced significantly at early time points (day 1 and day 3), followed by a trend in reduction at week 1 post-MI samples (Fig. 1, Supplementary Figs.
