In the FlowC cohort, no clear temporal trend was noted for any lymphocyte subpopulation, although ALS patients demonstrated persistently higher proportions of CD8+ CM, CD4+HLA-DR+CD38+, and CD8+HLA-DR+CD38+ cells than the reference ranges (Figure 1—figure supplement 3).
