Lots of studies have showed that abnormal expression of METTL3 in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [21, 22], gastric cancer [23, 24], pancreatic cancer [25], breast cancer [26], hepatocellular carcinoma [27], and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [28] and is associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma [29], and ovarian cancer [30].
