Comparable to our CD19+ tumor cell line models, primary B-ALL blasts were effectively killed by CD19-CAR NK-92 and dual-CAR NK-92 at the different E:T ratios examined (Fig. 4; e.g., ALL1 at a 1:1 E:T ratio, CD19-CAR: 72.9 ± 11.3% and dual-CAR: 78.0 ± 7.6%). This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
