Zhang et al. reported statistically significantly higherglycan branching, sialylation, and fucosylation of AGP1 glycopeptidesin samples from patients suffering from NASH and cirrhosis as comparedto controls.15 Several other studies havereported similar results for AGP1 glyco-isoforms in HCC.16,44,49−51 Our resultsconfirm and expand these findings.
