Results showed that TLN2 mRNA in breast cancer tissue were significantly lower than in normal breast tissues (p < 0.01), and there was no difference in levels between luminal and TNBC, HER2+ and TNBC subtypes, except for the comparison between luminal and HER2+ subtypes (p = 0.006) (Figure 1—figure supplement 1C).
