FOLH1 and prostate cancer: Recently, results of the phase 3 VISION trial were published [29], showing a significant survival benefit for the addition of [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 to the standard of care over the standard of care alone in 831 patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (median PFS: 8.7 vs. 3.4 months; median overall survival: 15.3 vs. 11.3 months, respectively, both p < 0.001).
