Western blot analysis of MIA PaCa-2 and PANC-1 cells revealed that levels of the active, phosphorylated (p) forms of AKT, mTOR, and p70 S6K, and HIF-1α protein expression were obviously increased in PC cells overexpressing NR2F1-AS1 but were decreased in NR2F1-AS1-knockdown cells (Fig. 6B and Supplementary Fig. S7B, C). The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
