CD177 and rheumatoid arthritis: The results of the GO analysis showed that the targets were enriched in biological processes which play an important role in RA, such as response to oxygen levels (GO:0070482), response to hypoxia (GO:0001666), regulation of innate immune response (GO:0045088), immune response-activating cell surface receptor signaling pathway (GO:0002429), and T cell activation (GO:0042110) (Hu et al., 2014; Torices et al., 2017; Bartlett et al., 2018; Gong et al., 2019; Leite Pereira et al., 2019) (Figure 4D).
