To avoid potential confounding tissue‐specific NKG2A/CD94 expression signatures, we further transferred congenic naïve P14 T cells (CD45.1+) into recipients (CD45.2+) that were subsequently infected with LCMV Cl13 or engrafted with B16F10‐GP cells intrasplenically to launch chronic viral infection or melanoma metastasis in the liver tissues (Figure 2D).
