CD8A and lymphoma: The EBV control was reported to be compromised in EBV-driven lymphoma which coinfected with HIV due to the deficient EBNA1-specific CD4+/CD8+ T cells (Münz et al., 2000; Piriou et al., 2005; Mavilio et al., 2005), as well as the differentiation of NK cells to a CD56-negative NK cell without protective effects (Mavilio et al., 2005; Cao et al., 2021) in HIV carriers.
