In bladder cancer, miR-195-5p as target of DLX6-AS1 was shown to down-regulate the vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) and consequently inhibit malignancy phenotype in cancer cells, while miR-195-5p inhibition returned the DLX6-AS1 tumorigenic effects (Zhao et al., 2020a).
