SNRPA1 and immune system disorder: Although the increased level of SNRPA1 correlated with the infiltration of immunocytes and the elevated level of immune checkpoints, we also revealed that high SNRPA1 linked with the increased score of immune dysfunction and exclusion state which was assessed by the TIDE algorithm (r = 0.13, p = 0.003, Figure 5D and Supplementary Figure 3).
