The results indicated that the SNRPA1 level was significantly associated with the increased level of immune checkpoints in ccRCC, especially for PDCD1 (PD-1), CD274 (PD-L1), PDCD1LG2 (PD-L2), and CTLA4 (Figure 5C). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
