One latest study involving genomic analyses of ALL by copy number alteration (CNA) profiling indicated that 8 genes (IKZF1, CDKN2A/2B, PAR1, BTG1, EBF1, PAX5, ETV6, and RB1) had potential to serve as risk stratification markers (20), which partly overlapped with our results about gene mutations, indicating the applicability of our study. This evidence concerns the gene BTG1 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
