PAX5 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: One latest study involving genomic analyses of ALL by copy number alteration (CNA) profiling indicated that 8 genes (IKZF1, CDKN2A/2B, PAR1, BTG1, EBF1, PAX5, ETV6, and RB1) had potential to serve as risk stratification markers (20), which partly overlapped with our results about gene mutations, indicating the applicability of our study.
