CEACAM5 and neoplasm: Univariate analysis of clinicoradiologic characteristics indicates that serum CEA level (p = 0.035; OR = 2.716, 95% CI: 1.065–6.918), serum CA199 level (p = 0.030; OR = 2.346, 95% CI: 1.092–5.139), Edmondson-Steiner grade (p = 0.021; OR = 3.126, 95% CI: 1.254–8.977), tumor size (p < 0.001; OR = 1.033, 95% CI: 1.016–1.052), tumor morphology (p= 0.071; OR = 1.604, 95% CI: 0.964–2.708), and intrahepatic duct dilatation (p < 0.001; OR =5.610, 95% CI: 2.505–13.308) are significantly associated with MVI.
