HER2-positive patients who received anti-HER2 therapy would get better DFS (HR = 0.78, 95% CI 0.64~0.95, P = 0.012) and OS (HR = 0.57, 95% CI 0.43~0.76, P = 0.012) compared with HER2-positive patients with no anti-HER2 therapy, especially in breast cancer patients diagnosed after 50 years old (DFS: HR = 0.64, P = 0.006; OS: HR = 0.51, P = 0.002) (Supplemental Table 2). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast carcinoma.
