Numerous studies have shown that FOXD3-AS1 is highly expressed in multiple diseases, including breast cancer, cervical cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, osteosarcoma, colon adenocarcinoma, melanoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, thyroid cancer, glioma, ischemic stroke, congenital heart disease and acute respiratory distress syndrome. This evidence concerns the gene FOXD3 and cervical cancer.
