AFP and hypertensive disorder: Compared with lenvatinib alone, combination therapy was associated with a prolonged OS in males (HR=0.48, 95% CI: 0.24-0.91), in patients with Child-Pugh score ≤7 (HR=0.45, 95% CI: 0.23-0.90), in patients with >3 tumors (HR=0.46, 95% CI: 0.24-0.90), in patients with AFP >200 ng/mL (HR=0.37, 95% CI: 0.15-0.90), in HBV-positive patients (HR=0.48, 95% CI: 0.25-0.90), in patients with vascular invasion (HR=0.36, 95% CI: 0.18-0.73), and in patients without hypertension (HR=0.31, 95% CI: 0.16-0.62; Figure 5).
