GPT and Hand-foot syndrome: The AEs which occurred in more than 20% of patients in the lenvatinib plus camrelizumab and lenvatinib monotherapy groups were hand-foot syndrome (22.9% vs. 25.0%, P=0.815), hypertension (33.3% vs. 38.6%, P=0.596), diarrhea (31.2% vs. 31.8%, P=0.953), loss of appetite (41.7% vs. 40.9%, P=0.941), proteinuria (29.2% vs. 34.1%, P=0.612) and increased alanine transaminase (22.9% vs. 25.0%, P=0.815).
