KEGG pathway enrichment showed that many genes co-expressed with NCAPG were involved in the cell cycle, DNA replication, the Fanconi anemia pathway, oocyte meiosis, cellular senescence, human T cell leukemia virus 1 infection, homologous recombination, mismatch repair, progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, the p53 signaling pathway, base excision repair, RNA transport, nucleotide excision repair, pyrimidine metabolism, viral carcinogenesis, and small cell lung cancer (Figure 5F). This evidence concerns the gene NCAPG and Fanconi anemia.
