NSUN2 and cervical carcinoma: On the other hand, through the GO analysis, we found that NSUN2 depletion-induced m5C downregulated genes were mainly involved in cell migration and invasion such as focal adhesion, cell substrate junction, cell adhesion molecule binding, cadherin binding, and regulation of actin cytoskeleton (Supplementary Figures S8B–D), consistent with our results that NSUN2 promotes cervical cancer cell migration and invasion (Figure 2).
