MYC upregulates PD-L1 expression in T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells by directly binding to the promoter region of PD-L1, suggesting that the EGFR pathway is able to upregulate PD-L1 by upregulating MYC and promoting nuclear translocation [94].
