Considering this significance, we conducted an investigation on haematological patients with germline mutations in the past year (2020) and found that among 209 patients with haematological diseases, 33 (15.8%) patients had germline Tet methylcytosine dioxygenase (TET2) mutation, which was the second most common mutation after ZRSR2 (17.7%) (unpublished observations). This evidence concerns the gene TET2 and hematologic disorder.
