Kaplan–Meier curves showed that high co‐expression of SIK2 and MYLK‐pS343 was associated with higher ovarian cancer mortality rates (median survival for patients with SIK2high/MYLK‐pS343high vs SIK2low/MYLK‐pS343low = 41 vs 87 months, hazard ratio [HR] of death from ovarian cancer = 2.44; 95%CI = 1.041 to 5.715, P = 0.04) (Fig. 6G). The gene discussed is MYLK; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
