We then analyzed the expression levels of SIK2, phosphorylated MYL2 and phosphorylated MYLK in ovarian cancer cell lines (SKOV3, OVCAR8, OVCAR5, OVCAR3 and OVISE) and human breast cancer cell lines (MDA‐MB‐231 and Hs578 t) (Fig. 6A). The gene discussed is MYL2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
