MYL2 and neoplasm: The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant decrease in the levels of MYLK‐pS343 and MYL2‐pS19 in tumour lysates from OVCAR8‐shSIK2 cells compared to OVCAR8‐shNC cells (Fig. 7F,G), suggesting that SIK2 regulates MYLK/MYL2 phosphorylation.
