Herein, we demonstrate that through inhibiting Dkk-1 transcription by means of a vivo morpholino (DkkMo), it is possible to (i) reduce the expansion of MOSJ-Dkk-1 tumours in vitro and vivo, (ii) preserve bone volume and architecture in vivo and (iii) stimulate necrosis of the tumour. This evidence concerns the gene DKK1 and neoplasm.
