Due to the prevalence of innumerable bioactive constituents in BC, including immunoglobins (IgG, IgA, and IgM), lactoferrin, growth factors, and many others, upgraded technology allowed researchers to formulate innovative foods, such as cheeses, tribiotics, probiotics, ice creams, candies, and yogurts, that provide a variety of health benefits beyond basic nutritive value.
