In contrast, the seroconversion rates after 2-dose vaccination were strikingly lower in B-lineage leukemia/lymphoma patients treated with anti-CD20 antibodies (RD: −0.70%, 95% CI: −0.88%, −0.51%, P < .001; Fig. 2d) or Bruton Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (BTKi; RD: −0.63%, 95% CI: −0.85%, −0.41%, P < .001) compared with controls (Fig. 2e).
