CDK12 and prostate carcinoma: The high frequency of CDK12 genomic alterations is again confirmed in this patient population as shown by our group recently,42 with prognostic and therapeutic implications at time of progression to CRPC.43TP53 was the most common somatic alteration detected; this is found in over half of patients with CRPC,44 and it may contribute to the increased aggressiveness of prostate cancer in Black men.
