CSF3 and neutropenia: Since neutropenia was the most frequently noted pACT‐related toxicity, we used the frequency of granulocyte‐colony stimulating factor (G‐CSF) administration, which is routinely administered because of grade 3–4 severe neutropenia (defined as an absolute neutrophil count less than 1000/μL) during patients' pACT course, as a surrogate of severe pACT‐related AEs.
