Significantly higher FUBP1 expression was observed in the clinical tissues of BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), CHOL (cholangiocarcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), ESCA (esophageal carcinoma), HNSC (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma), LIHC (liver hepatocellular carcinoma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), LUSC (lung squamous cell carcinoma), STAD (stomach adenocarcinoma), and UCEC (uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma) compared with corresponding normal tissues (Figure 1A, p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene FUBP1 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
