IQGAP3 and cancer: A high expression of IQGAP3 was positively correlated with the cell cycle (r = 0.74), cell proliferation (r = 0.62), DNA damage (r = 0.53), DNA repair (r = 0.39), EMT (r = 0.30) and inflammation (r = –0.30) in different cancer types (Figure 7B).
